Immersed in the comforting aromas and hands-on techniques of her kitchen, Kostas developed a deep appreciation for authentic flavors and traditional methods.
For Kostas, nothing embodies this passion more than his classic Greek traditions. Inspired by his grandparents and parents, Kostas believes, as his Yiayia did, that true flavour comes from preparing everything by hand, infused with genuine care.
